Nodifi recently teamed up with the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation to deliver a mental health webinar specifically for those in the finance industry.
The webinar, which took place last Wednesday 6 May, delved into the current challenges being faced as a result of COVID-19.
Nodifi’s Chief Executive Officer, Tom Caesar commented, “as an industry we have not seen challenging times like this since the GFC, and for many newcomers to the industry, they haven’t seen difficulties like this at all.”
“In these unprecedented times it’s important that we all stick together and support each other, particularly from a mental health perspective.”
Webinar panelists included. Breakthrough Executive Director, John Mannion, SAHMRI Research Lead, Joep van Agteren, and Nodifi Chief Executive Officer, Tom Caesar.
Below are some key takeaways from the session including links to the webinar recordings.
Please remember, it is normal to feel stressed, sad or confused during a crisis and talking to trusted family and friends can help. Remain calm and continue your normal routine as much as possible and look after yourself and your loved ones during this time and seek help if you need to.
